Jumbo group is well known for it’s amazing seafood (More specifically it’s amazing chilli crabs) but has since branched out to other food segments including Teochew cuisine (Chui Huay Lim Teochew Cuisine), Bak Kut Teh (Ng Ah Sio Bak Kut Teh) and even hot pots (Jpot)

BreadTalk Group Ltd (42R.SI)

Known for

Anyone who doesn’t know BreadTalk’s signature Floss Bun has probably been living under a rock for the past 10 years. The popularity of it’s Floss Bun has proven able to withstand the test of time, with one being sold every 10 seconds worldwide.

But bread aside, Breadtalk controls several other brands in Singapore, including food court chain Food Republic and the famous Din Tai Fung brand locally, amongst other brands.

Known for

It’s famous traditional curry puffs! Old Chang Kee has grown from a small stall that started in 1956 near Rex Cinema along Mackenzie Road to one of the world’s 20 best fast food chains. Old Chang Kee constantly refreshes it’s store offerings so don’t be surprised to see new items on the menu the next time you visit!

Known for

Although you may not have heard of Japan Foods Holding, odds are you’ve probably eaten at one of their many restaurants. In Singapore, Japan Food Holdings controls the famous Ajisen Ramen brand, as well as Menya Musashi, Botejyu and Keika Ramen amongst others.
